Most letting agents will only do 6-12 month lets (short assured tenancy) so a private lease would be your best bet!

It's a gamble, lots of genuine folk out there but also lots of knobs. Find out if anyone has recommendations of local landlords etc.

Hopefully find something. Stay away from the likes of gumtre and that IMO.

Might be worth trying to get a deal with a bed and breakfast?
I'm sure a few would like the thought of a certain income for 2-3 months?

You should see B&B rates near Whipsnade :-)

Depending on the location you could try phoning providers of student accommodation. They'll happily do short term let's during the summer holidays.

Basic accommodation but will do the job

Don't be afraid to haggle since they are often sitting empty during the summer.
