That does look quite good although it looks very slow paced. Which isn't a bad thing.

Added to wishlist so I see what the reviews are like.

Just picked this up today and I'm impressed so far. Only played 5 hours but it's a very tricky game, even on the easy setting.
I can see it becoming a bit boring after a while but there should be some mods out soon smile

Buying it from the developers site is cheaper than Steam too.

Had it running for most of yesterday, all going well till I over expanded one year, that baby boom coupled with a new school just meant too many mouths to feed. Much starvation, much freezing.

Ace game, not for everyone though. Yeah agree, could get boring after a while but thats probably a good thing smile Bloody time sink.

It really does that a lot of time.
Normally with these games I'd go at it full on but as you say, over expanding leads to disaster.

Just the sort of game to have running in the background throughout the day.

Very well made by one person too.

Loving this little game so far. There are a few annoyances, but for a one man team it's pretty impressive work.

Population boom and bust is killing me at the moment. Always seem to end up with houses full of single old men, so have to build new houses to compensate, which leads to a population boom several years down the line, which leads to starvation, which leads to houses full of single old men etc etc etc. Must be a way of smoothing it out a bit!

Agree with the boredom thing though: once you've got a big, stable population going there's not much to do (except do it all again on Hard/Harsh/Small map!)
