Dear forum-
still scratching this 964 vs chimerra itch - those 2 cars are in the price spectrum I find appealing - how does price and described history line up with recent developments in the 964 world - excessive price hikes, especially in Germany?

Are they priced about right - we have driven the white one - it seems to make the right noises, no visible oil leaks, Porsche plastic cover at back cracked, had clutch done in 2012 - no brake works recently and a bit of rust but stays in line when braking

I've not really kept up with 964 prices since selling mine around 3 years ago (for much less than those!). But from a quick look I'd say they seem quite expensive. Targas were never worth as much as coupes, and the C4 seems particularly overpriced to me.
Lets just say prices have moved on a tad...........The white 2 looks well priced if it is as good as it appears. The blue 4 looks a little expensive to me for its condition, colour spec and its a 4.
But, it all depends on their condition. They could need up to 10k throwing at them, you wont know unless you get someone who knows these cars to inspect them properly.
