SPECS cameras now up on the M3

I noticed this morning that the SPECS cameras are now in place, north-bound on the M3, from before Junction 5 up towards 4.

Does anyone know when the roadworks are starting?

Be careful southbound. You may think you've passed the last SPECS gantry near where the current works end, so put your foot down. But there's another SPECS gantry completely hidden behind the footbridge approaching J5, just before the NSL signs. Someone in a black Golf must have been doing 90 when he shot past me there earlier today.

I did that on Sunday. Luckily was only doing 60 max through the last camera but that will catch a lot of people out

got overtaken (and dirty looks) from a Vauxhall parts artic this morning, as I was doing 50 on the dot.. I suspect he will have an interesting meeting with his boss in the coming weeks.

I'm not so sure, you can't see the NSL signs until you are almost under the bridge and the SPECs are pretty hard to miss there.
