Anyone had any Meta alarm probs yet on the Tamora? Last night on locking the car the indicators continued to flash continuously. Checked the hazard light switch, made sure all elecs turned off, re-shut doors and boot etc but to no avail. Still doing it this morning. The car remains locked and the siren doesnt sound.
Also, from yesterday, the boot has started leaking like a pig. I'm sure the two arent related (boot catch isnt loose, hasnt moved for instance) but I can see the rubber seal has lost it's "bounce" - looking v sad and flimsy. I know some of u guys had this fixed, what did the dealers do? New seal? Bad day! Thanks in advance....

I get the occassional weird ones like not being able to open the boot after stopping the car unless I set and then unset the alarm.

Also in the first few weeks I had a flat battery as the boot catch was not working properly. As the battery was on its way out got all kinds of weird things like indicators flashing, doors opening etc Hope yours isn't a flat battery.

The most consistent alarm problems seem to stem from the electrics behind the passenger door window switches - I think it must be due to incompatability of the full closure system and the window switches. Flasher had problems with the window not closing, HHC demo car kept flatting it's battery, traced to the window/alarm, and my window responded in reverse to the alarm on/off. I took the switch panel out, and operated the door opener and alarm, without the switch being connected, and it all seemed to reset itself! I've had no problems since.
