Anyone here got a Renault Floride/Caravelle?
Discussion
Anyone got one?
I need to know some detail about the clip that holds the chrome trim on the side, think there might be two widths of trim, in which case I'm likely to be looking for the wider one of the two.
This part might be used on one of my cars, part number and supplier would help.
Ta muchly.

1970, I was 17 and my Dad took me to see a Caravelle or maybe a Floride as my first car.
I had wanted a frogeye but they were all rusted out.
The car had a small bump in the front (the pointy nose was out of shape).
He decided it wasn't any good, no idea why.
I ended up with an MG Midget
Sorry, that was no help whatsoever
Pretty car.
Haven't seen either model for years, can't be many left in the UK.

Like yourself it was back in the early 70's I don't think I've seen one since. never seen a Floride but did have a met green Corgi version.
