Tangerines tangy and juicy

Hi

We've had 2 big nets of tangerines from Sainsburys.

I can't peel or eat the bloody things.

Peeling is nightmareish, the skin won't come off, when you do get to the fruit you've crushed it. The fruit is then too sharp and tart to enjoy.

I hate throwing food away what else can I do with the things? Almost 2 nets left.

why not cut the skin off?

like, cut through the skin but not the flesh.


you could make marmalade out of them couldn't you?
