Hi people,

Converted from a 2007 E91 318i m-sport auto transmission.

- Donor car is an E90 M3 (and the E91 318is an mentioned)
- Fenders were custom made by combining M3 E90 wheel arch with E91 quarter panel
- Rear bumper is the M3 E90 spliced with the E91 M Sport

More details:

My car has M3 engine/gearbox (DCT), full suspension(now KW V3 Coilovers), driveshafts, cradles, exhaust, propshaft, loom (rear e91), front panels/lights, full interior (back of back seats taken off the e90 and retrimmed onto e91 seat). Back door panel the same but e90 doesn't have rear speakers so i fitted rear speakers (Pioneer.!! i know bad move).

I fking love that! Looks seriously cool, and enjoyed the article, great pics too.

I've seen two M3 estates , one in a Estoril blueish sort of colour, and one white one, but they were 335i or 335d underneath.

You haven't taken this car around Birmingham City Centre?

Awesome! I'd buy that!! Panoramic sunroof is the finishing touch to hear the V8 burble smile

Out of interest, do you pay the road tax of a M3 or 318i?

Why BMW never built this car I'll never know.

Maybe you think about this (but forget when you see or drive it) but did you ever work out the cost to do this?

hehethumbup I like this as the standard V8 M3 noise isn't worth the tax bill anyway that's for sure.

Wish I knew you were taking those pics on the rooftop near the Central Library as I work in Baskerville House next door to it and the windows overlook that car park!

I'm also in Brum, would love to have a look over the car sometime? Often meet up with friends with GTR/R8 etc if your interested in coming along? E93 M3 owner that is now for sale sadly

Also seen the other "M3 Estates", wasn't aware there were 2 white one's, I see a Blue and White one on a regular basis and fairly sure know where one lives

Quite simply the coolest E9x M3 ever. I love this car, and always have done since I first seen it some years ago

Off eBay.
I've taken them off now because they had a few marks on.
There made by HEKO.
Put E91 wind deflectors in eBay.
