Best Tyre Prices and 'promo codes'
Discussion
Hi. That time of year where 4x new tyres required :-(
Has anyone got any promotional codes for these online tyre specialists, in particular TyreTraders ????
Alternatively best place to buy something like Toyo R1R or Federal RSR-595s
Are there any traditional tyre fitters that can compete on price in Berkshire/Hampshire/Surrey to get track day style tyres supplied/fitted at super prices ?
Looking at 225/40/18, 255/35/18
Thanks

always found http://www.protyre.co.uk/motorsport.aspx to be very reasonable if you are looking for track orientated stuff.
Not associated in any way just a happy customer for many years.

hi Mike, why the different sizes? I`ve been running 255 x 35 x 18 in r888`s all round.
Hi CliveI currently run 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 on TVR Power 'JadeR' wheels, and the quoted reason for the narrower fronts is less tram lining and better turn in. I'm swopping back to 18s so that I have much better tyre choice and it should give a better ride, and 255/35/18 all round is the factory issue setup which I have never used on the Sag. Graham Varley has always used 255/35/18s all round too and he obviously does a lot of track days and it doesn't appear to be a problem for him. I haven't decided either way to be honest yet !
Thanks
Mike
If you're buying 4, I'd recommend these guys.
If you go mid-week and they're quiet, you might just get a free geo as well.

Located 10 miles North of Winchester, might be a nice run down to Hampshire?
