Hi there,
Deposit paid for V8V Roadster in meteorite silver and black interior with white stitching. She was registered in September 13 and is a 2014 model. Picking her up in mid March. Already had quote from Nicholas Mee for glass switches. Only the 4 "drive" ones, D, N, R & S. £672 fitted. Will be getting theses done ASAP as I think they look 100 times better than the plastic ones!
Oh forgot to say that the front plate holder modification will be done as soon as she's home. Already got mini plate sorted for front.

Just had my new to me, barely broken in 2010 V8V delivered this week. It has been a terrible winter here in the midwest of the US with tons of snow so I have not had a chance to drive it but I did get to sit in it in the garage and set up all the gizmos (pair my phone, set my satnav locations, preset radio stations, etc...) and make engine noises.
Looking forward to driving it but so far I'm thrilled.

Are you making the engine noises yourself, or switching the car on to do them? I must confess I often do the former.

Well, I did start it up once but mostly I'm making the noises...I must confess I often do the former.
Hey - one question for you guys. The nav screen when popped up doesn't go all the way to vertical - it unfolds and stops at a point where it is still kind of pointing downwards a bit. Is that normal? I would have to estimate that it is at about 10-20 degrees off of vertical.
Got mine in Nov after looking and saving for a year. Tungsten Vantage Roadster which in three years had only done 5000 miles. Really love the car even if getting to drive it with two young children is a real juggling act. It is a manual car and so far the fuse is out, number plate plinth gone and I have fitted clear lights.
Vantage V8 S Sportshift factory order, I am confirming my spec on Wednesday. Drinking lots of coffee today looking at swatches!
Lucky enough to get a factory tour already (sadly too short due to a 2 hour hold up on the M40 getting there so I plan on going back during build)
Will keep you posted. Tested a lot of cars to finaly get here. Currently in an Audi A7 quattro. The Aston will be my daily driver covering 15K miles a year. I predict it will be amongst the most reliable on here :-)

Well done on getting there in the end, its almost time to relax and enjoy waiting for it to be built, at least you wont have to fret about colours and what spec. to choose soon.
