Hello, I am a new member of this forum and a new owner of a Tvr Tuscan S mk1. I have had a few things done on the car however I always have EFI Fault displayed on the dash. It turns out that the fault is Throttle pot 2. When I reset the faults it stays. I have changed the 2 throttle pots, reset the throttle, reset the adaptative maps, but it is still there.
In terms of drivability, there are sometimes a few missfires. I changed the HT leads, done the tappets and encountered big improvements.
Nevertheless, what could be the reason of this throttle pot fault ?

Thanks

Could be a connection problem at the bulkhead connector, does the throttle position show anything is the diagnostics? Should be about 15% at minimum throttle.

Throttle position is at about 15% for each bank at idle. I will post a picture of the diagnostic window soon. When I changed the throttle pots I have not noticed anything weird though.

I have just taken some pics of the software window and the scope. Car was at idle.

It seems that the fault disappears from the dash when you apply throttle (let's say 70% or more). It really is weird. I think the car is fine apart from a few missfires at constant speed (common problem I have seen on other topics). I have pushed the car to 140mph (5900 rpm in 5th) last time and I did not apply full throttle...

Any clue ? This is quite disturbing because I have never driven another Tuscan before and I cannot know exactly if it is working well...
