KFC Gravy - any of you clowns ever attempted it?
Discussion
Nothing wrong with a bit of KFC gravy. When you make your own you'll notice that you're not deviating too far from one of the 'mother' sauces of classic French cookery, -the Velouté.
It's basically reduced stock thickened with a decent roux. You can add a few flavourings along the way, -the Wagamama katsu curry sauce is not too different bar the addition of a few spices.

Most rave about it but i'm not that impressed.
Might me a recipe in the 'Takeaway Secret' book.
Prefer BBQ sauce myself.
I checked the first and second Takeaway Secret books and can't spot it in either - I would imagine it would be something like:Might me a recipe in the 'Takeaway Secret' book.

1. Take one chicken stock cube
2. Mix with PVA glue
I do like it though
