Planning on doing my first track day in an impreza with my dad at Bedford it's 105db tryed to do a test but the meter I have only goes to 91db anyone know of apps that will go above that or a cheap db meter ?

Bought one of these through fleabay last year & after trying it out I tested it against one at Cadwell Park used by Javelin track days & found it to be within 1db.

You could try "SPL Meter" - I have it on my iPhone and seems fairly accurate (compared to a Maplin meter) - you set Weighting to 'A', Response to 'Slow' and range to whatever you need 110?
I think it was free but not sure as it was a while ago.
No guarantees though smile

the ipod app is accurate within 1 Db
