Surplus Magazine Market Stalls etc

I used to love the surplus magazine stall in Wimborne Minster market - selling copies of 1 month+ old magazines for 80p or 3 for £2. They often had a great selection of Autocar, EVO, Porsche, Land Rover and other titles. Sadly it closed down around 18 month ago...

Are there any similar stalls / shops in Dorset or surroundings?

Do people really ebay wholesale quantities of out of date magazines? Maybe they are all recycled or burnt but I suspect someone is selling them somewhere still. Maybe more of a Northern thing?
