Why is car sales the one area where the customer is never wrong? Of course there are dodgy traders but if I worked in the industry I bet I'd be sick of time wasters, chancers, people thinking their car is worth far more than it actually is, trying to part ex their knackered old rot box, demanding a full refund when they run out of washer fluid six months later and so on, Do any job that involves dealing with the general public and you'd probably be on a page like that
