Good deal on a motorboat charter for my 30th birthday?

Hello PH’ers,
It will be my 30th birthday in March next year (crikey!) and I’m thinking of having a day charter (maybe longer?) onboard a large motorboat. I work with sports boats and smaller motorboats, so I will ask around the trade to see if I can find anything, but I thought I’d also ask here. Working in the marine trade may well mean I can do something in return for a good price on a charter maybe.
We’re looking for a skippered motorboat charter ideally, I’ve chartered a lot of sailing yachts, but this time I want a nice big motorboat where I don’t have to do any work! Could be in the UK or abroad. Anyone with any good contacts?
SpeedYellow, can you help? Shadow, do you still have your beautiful Predator? I remember we spoke a long time ago about you taking it to the Monaco GP. I know it was up for sale a while back.

We run a 2012 Princess 50 flybridge in the Solent shown Here There are quite a few costs.Wash and clean before charter £50
Skipper £100-200
Skipper's mate / host(ess) £60-100
Drinks / food - as consumed est £100 (could easily be much more)
Mooring fees - variable. Typically £30-50
Fuel - £7 per mile £300
Clean and wash after charter £50
Then the boat it's self.

Capital to purchase
Insurance
Berthing
Coding costs
Wear and tear / damage
Service & general maintenance costs
We typically charge out at £1,800 per day inc Vat and won't be retiring just yet. We are a newer boat in good condition with a good inventory. If you are happy to take an older / scruffier / less well appointed boat some of the costs will reduce but if you see £800 as too much I think you might struggle.
A boat owner taking payment is committing an offence if they don't have the necessary coding and qualifications so be careful you don't put anyone at risk.

I reckon that will fit in about right with our season opener powerboat racing taster day. You and the missus can climb all over my ancient Sunny for nothing on the proviso that I get to take you out for a run in the boy's class 3. Then you'll be all ready for the shakedown race a couple of weeks after.

And yes, we also supply a lot of charter RIBs, so I'm aware of the coding requirements.
Ps. Nice website. You're Princess looks huge tied up on our little town quay at Lymington!

We have to breath in a little when using Lymington town Quay
To be fair we only go on there when it's quiet having first had a chat with the Harbour Master. During the season we use the mid river pontoon and tender over to the quay.

There is a company in Ocean Village running a couple of Fairline Phantoms about 40'
Went on a day out last march as part of a stag weekend and it was £75 each for 11 of us - I assume the stag didn't pay.
£800 for the day I reckon is the cheapest you'll get for something decent.
