Howdy all,

As some of you guys know, I have imported a black V8V from Germany due the inexcusable lack of V8V's on offer in Holland.

I am looking into changing the language of the cockpit/dashboard, but could not find anywhere where this can be done by myself.
However, is this something the dealer would be able to sort out during the next service? Or is my best bet taking a refresh course German?laugh

I tried Googling this as well without luck, so I hope I can get some more info here before calling the stealers.

Thanks,

Saeed

Hi Saaed,

unfortunately you'll have to take your car to a dealer and pay their price. There's a long thread concerning this issue in the French forum: http://aston-passion.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=24... - certainly only helpful if you speak French rolleyes .

Luckily I was born an impoverished vagabond who was forced to travel country to country and also learn some French. (and there is Google Translate)

It seems they charged some of the people 900 euro ex vat for performing a 10 min job, which understandibly caused some big question marks.

In order to view the images you have to create an account (which I did).
Funny to follow the rest of the discussion, seems that the local Parisian marketing manager for the local Aston Martin group joined in the conversation.

Anyway, that answers the question: I need to go to the stealers and its literally a 10 min job. I guess they are going to charge me 1 hr.

Thanks for that link!
