The Furry Tripod did not move from her bed yesterday so everybody visited instead. Got up this morning and used her tray downstairs then decided the stairs were comfy. "Talking" today so looking up and we'll be taking her to the vets if She isn't herself tonight.

Front Right. It is hard to tell when she sprawls.

smile it is amazing how well they cope with the loss of a leg.

How is she now? Any signs of distress? Eating?

Visited Vets last night. Minnie has an enlarged bladder so She had a couple of injections to relieve the inflammation and discomfort. She was very vocal when examined! I was given some "litter" so we could gather some Urine for a test. (Pipette and test tube included). She did eat and drink after "visiting" the Tray and hung around a bit for a fuss. She seemed better and we will be dropping off the sample and taking her back this afternoon for a further check up. Overall She seemed to be feeling better and it looks like a bladder infection.

Now She is having two tablets twice a day with a squirt of Metacam? once a day. Visited vets last night twice as a Springer managed to impale it's leg on a 4 foot rusty metal spike and rightly got priority. Minnie is a little livelier but drinking and eating sporadically. Obviously the tablets are a bit of a fight though!
