Open licence photos

Anyone know of any sources of open licence photos of technology stuff?
We do some "horizon watch" tasks which are basically a couple of slides telling our customers what's new technologies are worth watching, but they understandably insist any images must be on an open licence. In some cases we can whack on a few photos of our own test kit, or get pictures on an open government licence from Defence Images or similar, but I need a few on man machine interfaces, virtual reality, etc, eg Oculus Rift, Google glasses. I can e-mail the companies and ask but figured someone on here might know of some sites where open licence images are available, as a lot of this kind of stuff companies are presumably keen to promote anyway.
