If I may recommend....

Come off at J5 of the M40. Pick up the A40 and head on down the twisty hill. At the bottom turn right then immediately left past the Lambert Arms (Used to be a good place for food). Head towards Thame. Go around the south / east side of Thame and pick up the road towards Long Crendon. Follow the road until you get to the A41 for Bicester. Head around the south / east side of Bicester and follow the A4421. Follow satnav for Silverstone.

That's usually a nice drive.

I don't think anyone has arranged one and I haven't had time to look at a route that's not the usual M40 then A43.

How about meeting up at the Runnymede Hotel (TW20 0AG) around 8? I haven't got a route in mind as only really know M25-M40-A43, but if anyone has any other suggestions i'm all ears?
