Thursday morning circuit run

Guys.
As we have done for the past 4 years, on Thursday morning 9am we will be running the full circuit.
Starting outside the Team Langoustine gates on the inside of Tertre Rouge. There is no part of the circuit that gets bypassed and you can stop and have a gawp in the pits on the start/finish straight.
We run just over the full circuit and do about 8.75 miles.
Most of us are plodders, but we have a few good runners amongst us if you want a proper work out.

There is a prize of TL merchandice to the winners, but it is very much for fun.

Please bring your running shoes and join us.

There is nothing quite like arriving back at the site and being welcomed by a bucket of iced water down your shorts! I'm already looking forward to it!

I thought that places like the Porsche Curves and start/finish would have been protected by security or Gendarmes, is this not the case then? Could any old joker just wander the full circuit?

We have not been approached while doing so for 4 years.
So as long as it is obvious you are not up to any mischief, then common sense prevails.

Hmmm, sounds good, although I'll probably have a cycle out as im far too unfit to run (considering i nearly had a heart attack running 1/2 a mile )

I prefer to drive the circuit in an 8 ltr

I did a walk of the circuit on the Thursday morning a couple of year's ago. They start closing the roads around noon.

We got past the Mulsanne Corner/Roundabout just as they closed it to traffic, so got to walk to Arnage corner without any cars other than a couple of vans taking down the roadsigns.

At Arnage the Police asked us to leave the track as we didn't have any suitable passes.
