Never had any on the circuit, but this thread did give me some inspiration, so I went out and bought some reblochon cheese, bacon, onions, white wine etc. etc. and came up with this:



So thank you for giving me some inspiration menu-wise this weekend!

Off to France in a couple of weeks for a skiing trip luv the old Tartiflette all though not so old as the
Guardian pointed out, I do like the sound if the Pela though I will try and hunt one down

We were gutted when we went to Le Mans a few years ago and discovered the tartiflette stalls were no more. It formed a staple part of our diet for years.
