Petrol gauge

Me again,time to put silly things right,when driving along gauge goes down to just above quarter then sticks,when left with no power it will drop to zero,before I change the wrong item which is normal to play up ?

Sounds like a typical TVR petrol gauge to me. Have you pulled the sender out of the tank to see what full travel on the sender looks like?
