Yes they do fit over the disks. That is the combination that I run though I did make my own caliper spacers to fit, so I don't know if they will fit with the standard caliper setup for the larger disks.

No if you keep the same set up - the larger 4500cc front discs only took the 17inch standard factory wheels, or larger 18inch versions...which tended to split and the ever bendable 18inch spiders (unless you changed things as some have done to get the 16's on) the calipers catch the inside of the wheel on the fronts.

I have the 'standard' 2001, series II set-up (322mm discs, 18" Spiders) and the gap between the caliper and the inside of the wheel rim is less than 1".
