N Wales faking witness statements

Did anyone else see comment on this on Top Gear tonight? Apparently N Wales police are churning speeding witness statements out on printers with photocopied signatures.

Apparently someone is considering reporting Brunstrom to some agency with the possibility of court action...

I'm sure someone will fill in the gaps for me
