Windscreen badly fitted. Car now full of water.Any comeback?

Had the windscreen on my E46 replaced last November. Had wet carpets, interior misting etc. over the winter but didn't link it with the replacement and have only now traced the problem to the windscreen fitting.
Done by Autoglass (yes, I know) through insurance.
Presumably getting them to rectify the fitting FOC won't be a problem? Has anyone been able to squeeze anything else out of their insurance company for the water damage done to the interior?
Think I know the answer to that one, but no harm in asking
