Sorry for all the asks...

I've removed the rubber section from my trailing arms using copious amounts of heat! It looks as though there's a steel sleeve still in the hole/pivot point. Can anyone tell me if this is removable or a permanent fixture please? I'm intending on using Superflex bushes on the rebuild..

You'll need to press that out, or use a hacksaw blade to weaken it so you can bash it out with a hammer.
