It's the same discussion with every marque/model. Either you have to pad it to the point of not fitting in the car, or it is a potential item for a skull to contact, in the event of an accident. Having said that, there are foams better suited to the task than others.
Forgot to mention . . . it is almost equally important to provide padding in areas that are in a location where other parts of your body could make contact.
