I would be satisfied. Ideally prefer lower mileage between oil changes than the manufacturer's 20k

looks alright to me, whats clutch/brake disc wear like ?

New brakes and tyres. Original clutch by looks of history.

Turned out to have a few issues hidden in the dme scan. So ... Onwards to find another manual black 997 turbo can! Must be a good one out there somewhere!
