Yes very!! Seems like it is going to be a lot more popular than the CGT. Nobody seemed to be under any pressure or time constraint to complete any of the tasks, a very relaxed working environment!! Not what i would have expected.
When we went around the factory last year the whole place was very chilled. Each unit of work had plenty of time built in so that there was no rushing or stress.
