Going to hand in my PH forum card on the way out.
Too much of
and not enough of this 
Been on PH for a few years now and steadily got sucked further and further into the forums. These days however, all it seems to be is people arguing with each other and 'what car?' threads. For a car enthusiast site there seems to be an awful lot of people on here very much against any kind of driving which BRAKE wouldn't approve of. Many, many people completely devoid of any sense of humour seem to while away the hours here too usually conversing with cyclists about what evil people car drivers are.
Not really sure why these people are on a site with the tag line 'Speed Matters'. It does to me, I love cars and love driving fast, so I am off to find another site where there might actually be more than a handful of people who seem to genuinely love cars.
There have been many good times, good advice and some genuinely laugh out loud moments but for me, the s
t is outweighing the good by a long way these days. Unfortunately the number of people who are funny, interested in cars and not just argumentative wee fks seems to be minuscule compared to the number of moaning, bigoted keyboard warriors. The title of this topic refers to another recent thread 'Over and out'. Obviously I am not alone in feeling this way. I'll continue to read the articles, the bit written by enthusiasts but no more of the drivel written in the forums by a lot of people who seem to hate cars.
