Mobile PH not logging in

Hiya

I can't get my PH mobile account to log in. I put in my details and the page simply refreshes on the log in site, and deletes the enry. No message to indicate the details are incorrect (pretty certain they're not)

Using a Nexus 4 and Chrome

I am on iPhone 5

I have to use the web based format, which isn't great but I get by
