Merc novice-are these any good?

Looking at a 2005 55 reg C230 Estate Auto.

Looks a lovely car, has 107000 miles on, and what I am looking for.

But I have no knowledge of them.

Any issues? What to look for or are they rubbish and I should rum away?

As long as it's rust-free, then I don't think they're known for anything untoward.
