Chilled Ibiza/Cafe Del mar fans, need your help

I heard a track on telly the other day that I used to own & now can't find anywhere. It's a (and I apologise in advance) fairly chilled out instrumental that has a melody played throughout on a sitar. As it progresses a flute like synth adds a melody & that's about it. No vocal, doesn't really go anywhere but has a killer beat. Kind of like an Indian version of the Orb..ish & AFAIK it's not Nitin Sawhney.

I definitely had it off a compilation album of chillout stuff in the past & it's driving me potty trying to find it again.

Any ideas?

It begins with the Sitar on it's own before drums & bass come in & has a beat similar to Eric B & Rakim's paid in full.

Found it by searching youtube for chilled Ibiza & scrolling through the playlist until it came up. Thievery corporation - Lebanese blonde. Turns out it is a song & I had an instrumental remix of it originally. Thanks for the help.
