Im looking at using the MBE9A4 ecu in my Ginetta which has zetec engine.
Just wondering if you guys rate the ecu as standard form in the noble and whether you've had difficulties tuning it / rolling road companies etc.

Any feedback appreciated.

Thanks

Alot of people do mention Omex, but I'm not convinced its right for me.
If I was after a plug in a play kit then its great but it doesn't do everything that I want, the series output is outdated and it doesnt send (for example) oil pressures/temps to my racetechnoliges dash.

I have just had Jetstream fit me a MBE9A5 system which is a upgrade over the std MBE unit Noble fitted , seems to be a good step forward so far , going for mapping on the 29th will know more after that .

MBE9A5 as Tux says, just been fitted to my car and mapping done, knock sensors, switchable maps etc already been used and works great!

Will work with flat shifting on a sequential box, It can also send temperatures and pressures to a digital dash etc. but I don't have these YET to try it on. smile

I have an Omex 710 in another car, it has fully sequential ignition and fuel,it runs a stack digital dash, incorporating, oil temp/pressure water temp, volts, flatshift and launch and has loads of I/O left over, for things like idle motor etc
