What do you guys mean when you say "chavvy car" and how do you apply it to the likes of brabus?

If we are to get anywhere with this discussion, the OP really needs to set out his abstract thoughts. Rather than just passively sit there asking questions, he should be postulating some "maybe's" and some " on the other hands...".

First off: What do you mean by "chav"? I thought that phrase had died off a couple of years ago..
