You've checked the battery is OK?
If so...
This happened to me 2 weeks ago...

I suggest you give Carl Baker a ring http://www.tvruk.tv/contactus.html
Over the phone he will be able to do a diagnostic with you to either confirm or eliminate the immobiliser.
Hope this helps.

The issue may be your immobiliser.
Try disconnecting your earth lead at the battery for 30 seconds or more, then reconnecting it.
Once reconnected cycle your immobiliser using your fob, ie lock & unlock the doors before trying to start the car.
It doesn't work every time but if you're lucky the jolt may free up the stuck relay in the immobiliser, if indeed that is what the problem is.
As crude as it sounds you can also try thumping the dash on the passenger side, again this can often free up the stuck relay in your imobiliser.
Good luck with it & report back if the disconnect & reconnecting the battery or thumping the dash worked.
Its all worth a try, but you could of course just have a bad connection at the fuel pump, this is also quite common.
Remove the near side rear wheel & check the connection at the fuel pump which lives up in the rear wheel arch on the that side.

- Fuse
- Relay (fuel pump relay is the one fitted to the blue connector)
- Connections at fuel pump
- Immobiliser
- Dead fuel pump

If it is the relay, you may as well change both the fuel pump and the starter motor relay

The relays are two that probably have a red stripe on them and they are on the main loom off the ECU etc.
