Get it washed off as soon as possible - wet cement is slightly corrosive and will mark the bodywork if not rinsed off thoroughly

Vinegar in your washing-off liquid too as cement is alkali and it'll help neutralise it. Don't use brick acid - too strong! Then rinse off with plain water.
