I'm used to seeing grams of sugar or sugar equivalent on ingredients labels.

Leaving aside how unhealthy the stuff is, if a diabetic started to drink two or so 330ml bottles a day of this stuff, would it have an impact on his blood sugar level?

Type 1 or 2? But either way yes you're going to notice a difference if it's a drink with sugar & sweeteners in.

It looks like the sort of drink with enough sugar in that you'd really only want to consume to raise your levels quickly if they were too low / reacting to a hypo. Otherwise I'd expect any normal blood glucose reading to shoot up pretty quickly drinking a bottle of that & then require a number of units of insulin to bring it back down (if they're type 1).

Those sort of drinks really need to be sugar free for diabetics tbh, so they wont affect blood glucose. i.e Zero variants of fizzy drinks.
