I used to run a nice one of these as daily transport (with brakes sorted) but it didn't look quite like this!

"needs a bit of tlc" - the umbrella phrase used to describe complete basket cases no one in their right mind would touch with a barge pole.
Back in the 80's my mate parted with £800 for one of these. It was a non runner so needed towing, as we pulled away and took up the tension, the bulkhead started to separate from the body
. I've seen cars under the ocean with less rust on them.
Needless to say it was an expensive lesson learned.
