Coil required for a 1990 xjr

So, went to pull the XJR out of the garage today to give it an airing and the battery was flat. Jump leads got it turning but not firing. Taking advantage of the bank account breakdown cover Green Flag were round in 20 minutes, well done them! Booster refused to start it so the diag Leeds come out showing no spark from the coil. Does anyone know if the coil on this is a standard part or anything special? And/or if anyone has one lying around?
