Worn bushes or as mentioned, broken spring could be the cause.

Best to get the back end up and check nothing's amiss with the suspension.

Jack it up front and rear, shake the wheels (Left and right, top and bottom) and feel for movement, try turning the steering from lock to lock it may feel rough indicating a worn strut top bearing, have a look for worn suspension bushes and if you have a lever put some pressure on anything suspect and check for excessive movement. Check for broken springs, make sure to look closely because they're not always obvious.

If you're unsure then take it to a garage, suspension/ steering problems can be dangerous so best to make sure every things ok.

From having one I can vouch for the corsa eating suspension parts, if its from the back it is most likely bushes and the front most likely a broken spring and/or leaky shocks. Drove mine over speed humps every day and even doing it slowly it kept having the faults above, didn't bother replacing the rear bushes, mine got through MOTs with just the work done on the front springs and shocks.

ETA as said above get under and have a look at the back, cheap fix to the noise if its just the bushes might be to buy some silicone spray and coat them, should stop any noise.
