Hi guys

Can you please tell me the size of the wires that leave from the fuse box.

There are three sizes I think. Most of them are small

The small wires are for signal or swiching the relay with 0,75mm²

Generally you will only find newer thinwall wires to use (.75mm2 is old fat insulation)

0.5, 1 & 2 mm2 (nominally for upto 10, 15 & 25A)

The thinwall wires which we found was FLRY-cable with 07,1,0,1,5,2,0 and 2,5mm²

I am moving the relay box in the boot as well but i think i will do the access from inside the car.

Did you redo the whole wiring or did you extend the wires???

Have you got any more pictures???

Have a look here, gives a bit of an idea what size for what.

If in doubt go thicker!

You can trust me if I speak about this cables because because we work in car elektronic systems from

We extend the wire looms.























Between the begin and end of this job ist a lot of time, back & knee pain .

YES i understand what you mean about the pain.

By the way, since i am a mechanical engineer not electrical or eletronics I may need some help with the immobizer replacement. Can i ask for your help???

Kick out the immobizer ! It make more problem as it help/to be use.
