Ok, so took the plunge and got a GT3 Gen 2 2010.

Red wasn't my first choice, but hey, I got a deal so what the hell. I can always wrap it. Important thing was that there were no Over revs and it only had 12,000kms. Checked at ARM and now have a 1 year Warranty on the car. Plus, it came with a 54,000AED Akrapovic Full Exhaust System on it so rock and roll.
Some exhaust footage! : )

Am gonna get used to it for a few weeks before I hoof it round a track. It is a completely different car handling wise to the Carrera S. Seems to want to just dive into corners. Got the Michelin Pilot Sports on it too, so grips like a mo fro.

Once I get to grips with it I will be down there though.

So anyway. Whilst I LOVE the standard rims, check these. Phat.

^^^

That set gets my vote. Think the gold ones look too oversized TBH.
I do think the standard GT wheels look brilliant though.

Mabrook, looks very nice.

Agree the number plate thing needs to go ASAP!

i also think the bonnet intake looks better in black.

regardless, its a lovely conundrum to have. i'd be happy with pink / yellow polkadots if it meant i had one!

There was an issue with those centrelock wheels wasn't there?

Edit - maybe worth asking in the Porsche bit, sure I remember reading something.

Those gold ones are too big. If gold, go for BBS E88 for the authentic motorsport connection or BBS LM if you want to replicate the motorsport look.

Cheers. Yes, saw that F40. Very nice indeed.
Just got the car back with the Akrapovic back on it and a polish, service and warrant. From ARM. Read to rock on tomorrow.

Well up for a hack out into the desert if anyone fancies it Friday morning.
