I have a high idle that won't come down even after batt re connected and ran upto temperature.
When I squeeze the small tube from back of stepper to Plenom it idles but soon as I release hose its goes back upto 2000 revs, checked throttle is closing, took stepper out and used some tape to seal, the same.
Now here's the spanner in the works I blew a hundred amp fuse forgetting I'd re connected battery when offering up my alternator. Batt light goes out but my speedo reads about 5mph from the moment I turn ignition on.
Could that have something to do with it.
My stepper is fully closed and clean when I pulled it out.
No ecumate so trying to work it out!

Progress, I've ordered an Ecumate so can't wait to see what it can do.
Ok my idle problem, I'm assuming I've shorted or done something to the speedo box?? My speedo is suggesting I'm moving when sat still which is playing havoc with idle, if I drive it the idle goes down but is hunting, soon as I get down to say 10 mph revs jump back upto 2000.
