Thanks mate, already seen it though.
When I first started asking about the 300D it was just prior to my Holiday so must have been around July time.
The EOS300D was then around £800 for the basic kit(18-55), and that was a bargin price at the time.
4-5 months on and the EOS300D is almost half that price. Now that is likely to be due to an upgraded version being due sometime in late 2005 so I can't really rely on this happening to the 20D...
...or can I?

A good article on the 20D here.
The biggest benefit has got to be the quick start up and general responsiveness, particularly with constant shooting...............

Although it may be cheaper to import a body be warned that Canon UK will not repair an imported body should anything go wrong. Canon lenses have an international warranty but bodies don't. B & H in New York are a highly recommended dealer www.bhphotovideo.com who ship to the UK
Cheers
