Chasing an application pack

I sent an email requesting an application pack yesterday. I have had no acknowledgement, or response. Applications need to be in middle of next week. How long should I leave it before chasing? I don't want to annoy them, but want to look proactive.

Is the pack coming by post or email?

Either way I'd be ringing them today and politely questioning when you'll receive it. Point out you were very interested in the role an that you were concerned there was no acknowledgement, you wanted to check your interest had been registered. Shows you as keen and proactive.
