Apparently he had repeated problems with the leased vehicle which bmw did not rectify. They said in 2013 he must restore the car's condition, he did, but warned he would do it again if they did not recognise him. (carscoops.com)

The cynic in me notes in the second video he only hits the windows and doors - easier to replace ?

Angry he fell for the BMW line of buying a 'Prestige' product.

Having experienced their customer 'service' on a 1 series & Mini I understand how he feels.
