PCM2.1 Telephone - No Audio

I used my PCM telephone today to make and receive calls but there is no audio coming through.

I can dial out and receive but cannot hear anything. Volume button adjusted and I can't see a mute function, so stumped.

Anyone else experienced this and can offer a solution, thanks.

What do you get if you go into the diagnostic screen (pressing MAIN & TRIP together). All modules should have ticks against them.

Tried the "pull the fuse and reset" trick?

I will have a look when I go to my car this afternoon. I was also just thinking about doing the 148 reset procedure.

An update for future reference/searches.

I found the solution, my handset wasn't quite clicked into the holder so the PCM thought it was in use therefore not handsfree.
