Suns out, temp must have got to 4 or 5, so went for a spin! The elbow performed well and after a 4 week lay off the TVR was awesome, popping and crackling and roaring around the bends.

And what do you think of the TVR logo on the back? It was supposed to hide a cut in the wrap but didnt really work. I think it looks alright, not great butnot that bad.

Yes it was a nice day for it. I got mine onto some home made ramps and examined the rear end. Did some lubricating and just generally checked it over. I found the centre exhaust mountings looked a bit worn out so I took it to the local exhaust centre and got them changed. I could have probably done them myself while on the ramp but for the money they charge I couldn't be bothered.

Then, I took it out for a blast with the top off. Seems summer is already here. It was sunny and warm all afternoon.

I should have been more patient. Was freezing fog still at 10am, but the forecast was for this to burn off and be sunny. So on that basis I thought I would go for a drive. I lasted 30 minutes before admitting defeat & putting the SEAC back in the garage. I was freezing! The fog/mist was still clinging on at 1pm!
